General terms of trade

The general terms of trade form one aspect of the purchase agreement entered into under the terms given below between the companies MEDICA FILTER spol. s r.o. with its registered office in Kašperské Hory, Smetanova ulice, PSČ (postal code) 341 92, ID No.: 00669555, Taxpayer No.: CZ00669555 (hereinafter ‘the Vendor’), and the customer (hereinafter ‘the Purchaser’); it comprises of the following sections

  1. Entering into a purchase contract
  2. Terms of delivery
  3. Terms of payment
  4. Liability for defective goods (returns and refunds policy)
  5. Privacy policy
